Booking Policies

deposits of 20% must be paid to confirm the booking and to lock in the requested dates

ALL deposits are non-refundable

hunts are not booked until the deposit is received

deposits are transferable between hunting packages

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled at the customer’s request or by reason of the default or other conduct of the customer, a USD100 administration fee per booking will apply, and:

• If a booking is cancelled within 90 days prior to the date that the customer is scheduled to arrive at The Hype of The Hunt the customer will forfeit the deposit

• If a booking is cancelled within 90 days prior to the date that the customer is scheduled to arrive at The Hype of The Hunt the customer will forfeit USD3,500 per hunter.

• If a booked guide day is cancelled for any reason within 60 days of the planned date, the customer will forfeit 100% of the hunt, unless other dates can be arranged.

• The party making the cancellation is subject to all bank charges.

• The Hype of The Hunt recommends getting full travel insurance for flights and the value of the hunt.

Any hit or wounded animal is classed as Dead, This has to be paid for in full.
